Arrival & Departures

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm (EST) on the day of scheduled arrival. Within one week of arrival, the responsible party will receive an e-mail regarding access to the property. This email will include the property address, driving directions, access information, and other arrival arrangements that will need to be made.

Check-out time is before 10:00 am (EST) on the scheduled day of departure. 
Early check-in(s) and late check-out(s) are sometimes available in our off season. Management will confirm any flexibility when available.

Good Neighbor Policy

We are a high quality luxury resort, and expect our guests to respect the property and our neighbors so we can continue to offer this experience to future guests. We ask for our guests to keep voices to a respectable level outdoors at 10 pm and we are a non-smoking and pet free property. Smoking, even outside, can only be done across the street from the homes, not near common areas other guests enjoy.

Payment Policy

To confirm your reservation we require 50% of the total cost of the vacation (if your arrival date is more than 60 days in the future) down on day of booking.  The full balance is then due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are made within 60 days prior to arrival must be paid in full. Reservations cancelled prior to 60 days are 100% refundable.  You may pay this balance by Credit Card for a 3% service fee or by online Bank Transfer for free. All payments must be made in US funds. 

Pricing & Online Booking

Rates and fees are updated regularly to reflect the most current and accurate charges on property listings and the online booking system. However, Lakemore Resort  reserves the right to adjust charges to the proper amounts after an online booking in the event of a clerical or technical error. 

 Privacy Policy

At Lakemore Resort we are dedicated to protecting your privacy. This statement of privacy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Lakemore Resort website www.LakemoreResort.com and via phone reservations. The information we collect is used to process reservations, orders and to provide a more personalized user experience.

Guest & client information is kept strictly confidential. All contact, personal and financial information collected (such as, name, gender, e-mail, mailing address, phone number and credit card or banking information) is used to process the order, fulfill legal requirements, and billing purposes. Exception being email information, as we may save this in order to future contact past guests about upcoming information or promotions. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily share. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities or from making an online reservation.

Our site may contain links to 3rd party websites. We do not share any of your information with the linked website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites.

Lakemore Resort uses a secured server, insuring that all client’s information is secure at all times.
